Typical Project Implementation Cycle
Project Scoping & Mobilisation Phase: Mobilise key resources to initiate activities – high level strategy, TOM design, governance & control. Establish programme interdependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder engagement within and across other programmes, reporting and communication plan. Agree key delivery milestones and resource plan.
Analysis, Planning & Management Phase: Rapid action against resource plan. Mobilise hybrid consultancy teams across workstreams.
Delivery & Reporting Phase: Delivery to agreed milestones implement key changes to deliver new Transformation Project
Handover & Knowledge Transfer: Delivery to agreed timelines, interdependencies, internal controls and governance into BAU.
Map Room also provide Programme Advisors to the steering committee or project Board. This helps measure performance and progress against the deliverables; managing quality, risks, issues or additional resource requirements whilst ensuring flexibility.
