Andy brings a wealth of financial services experience to the Bateman Collins Group and leads the Map Room Consulting Team. In his role as Innovation Director, Andy devises the organisations business strategy and consultancy execution alongside actively consulting across the specialist areas of Financial Difficulty and Vulnerability.
As a practitioner he has held senior posts in organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Yorkshire Building Society, Co-operative Bank and Britannia Building Society. His career has been dedicated to helping organisations understand and enhance their treatment of customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable circumstances.
Andy has led major regulatory and transformation programmes across the industry since 2008.
Outside of professional life Andy enjoys playing Golf and Football alongside a passion for Boxing and Rugby.
